(1) The voting material comprises a ballot paper, an envelope, a covering letter and a cover. The Minister for the Interior and Health shall decide the particular content and design of the advance voting material.

(2) The Minister for the Interior and Health shall procure the advance voting material. The advance voting material must be available at the municipalities and the Danish representations abroad and on board Danish ships in foreign trade and at Danish off-shore installations outside Danish territory at all times.

(3) The Minister for the Interior and Health may decide that covering letters and covers procured by the local council shall be co-equal with covering letters and covers procured by the Minister for the Interior and Health.
