(1) The local council shall not later than four weeks prior to the day of the referendum publish a notice on the website of the municipality and in the daily or local newspapers available in the municipality on the subject-matter(s) of the referendum, cf section 9b(3) of the Act on Local Government, and on the date and hour of the referendum.
