(1) The voting material, including the election records, shall, after the tabulation of the referendum, be packaged and delivered in accordance with section 88(1) and (2) subject to the changes resulting from the nature of the ballot and from this Part.

(2) Not later than on the day following the tabulation of the referendum, the election committee shall send a copy of the election records to the Minister for the Interior and Health.
