UKRAINE- Joint Opinion on the Draft Law on the state register of voters of Ukraine submitted by people's Deputies of Ukraine, Mr O. Zadorozhny and Yu. Klyuchkovsky
The objective of the examined law is to create a single national register of voters in Ukraine. It also contains an element of active participation of the voters in initiating their own registration, which is an entirely new approach in the Ukrainian context.
