1. The CEC shall produce material suitable for broadcasting by radio and television informing
the
public on the electoral process in Kosovo.
2. Informational material produced by the CEC for use on television shall contain means for its
simultaneous transmission to hearing impaired persons in the sign language appropriate to the
needs of language groups serviced by the broadcaster.
