(1) The proposed referendum question shall be worded in a manner that allows for a straightforward answer, and that on the basis of the referendum results, the National Assembly can decide whether it has an obligation to legislate and if so, in what form.
(2) The proposed referendum question shall not contain any expression that is indecent or causes outrage in any other way.
