(1) If the National Assembly ordered with final and binding effect the referendum pursuant to Article 8 (1) of the Fundamental Law, the organiser shall hand over to the National Election Office all signature gathering forms of a referendum initiative on a question on the same subject within fifteen days following the date of the decision by the National Assembly ordering with final and binding effect the referendum.

(2) In the case of a failure to comply with the obligation specified in paragraph (1), the National Election Commission shall impose a fine ex officio pursuant to the provisions of section 18 (2).
