(1) If the referendum creates an obligation to legislate, the National Assembly shall be required to adopt an Act in compliance with the outcome of the valid and conclusive referendum within a period of one hundred and eighty days from referendum day.

(2) The outcome of the referendum shall be binding on the National Assembly for a period of three years from referendum day or, for a referendum creating an obligation to legislate, from the promulgation of the resulting Act was promulgated.
