(1) The local election commission shall decide whether to approve or refuse to approve the question within thirty days after submission. The local election commission shall approve the question if it meets the conditions set for the question in this Act.
(2) The question submitted by the organiser may only be approved if the signature gathering form also complies with the legislative provisions.
