(1) If two or more voters with the same name are listed as candidates on a candidate ballot paper, the candidates shall be distinguished by indicating the year of their birth in parentheses after their name. If two candidates with the same name who were born in the same year are nominated by the same nominating organisation or stand for election as independent candidates, these candidates shall be distinguished on the ballot paper by indicating
a)the settlement of their address, or, if that is also identical,
b) their occupation
in parentheses after their name.
(2) In a situation under paragraph (1) b), the candidates concerned shall provide their occupation to be indicated on the ballot paper not later than the third day after a request to that effect by the election office.
