Place where the right to vote is exercised
(1) The right to vote shall be exercised in the locality where the voter has his/her domicile, except for the cases provided by the present Code.
(2) In case the voter has both a domicile and a temporary residence, during the period of validity of his/her temporary residence, he/she shall vote in the locality where he/ she has the temporary residence.
