(I) A political party committing the offence of not complying with the deadline referred to in Article 48, paragraph 1 of the this Law shall be fined from 200,000 to 300,000 denars.
(2) A candidate or any other natural person shall also be fined from 20,000 to 50,000 denars for acts referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
