Taking ballot paper out of polling place

(1)      Violation of the prohibition on taking a ballot paper out of the polling place is punishable by a fine of up to20 fine units.

(3)      A police authority conducts extra-judicial proceedings in the matters of misdemeanours provided insubsection 1 of this section.
