Term of authority of members of National Electoral Committee

(1) The term of authority of a member of the National Electoral Committee formed in 2016 terminates pursuantto the rules provided in this Act no later than on 31 May 2020, taking account of the special rules provided in this section.

(2) A member of the National Electoral Committee specified in clause 7 of subsection 2 of § 10 of this Act isappointed not later than on 10 January 2017, and their term of authority terminates at the due date provided in subsection 1 of this section.

(3) The term of authority of a member of the National Electoral Committee who is an official of the

Chancellery of the Riigikogu appointed by the Secretary General of the Riigikogu, terminates upon appointment of a member of the National Electoral Committee appointed on the basis specified in subsection 2 of this section.
