The election of councillors and representatives shall be held no less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the termination of the term of office of councillors and representatives whose term of office is still valid.
No less than 60 (sixty) days and no more than 100 (hundred) days shall pass between the days of calling for the election and the polling day.
The term of office of councillors and representatives whose mandate is expiring shall end on the day of verification of terms of office of the newly elected councillors and representatives.
The terms of office shall be verified within 15 (fifteen) days of the polling day.
