Representatives of Media Outlets

43.1. Representatives of media outlets may cover meetings of all election commissions, familiarize themselves with election commissions’ protocols on voting results and election (referendum) returns, and photocopy or obtain, free of charge, one copy of the relevant election commission’s decisions, protocols and attached documents. Additional copies of such documents may be purchased for a fee set by the Central Election Commission.
43.2. Upon request of the representatives of media outlets, the copies of decisions of an election commission, protocols on voting results and election returns should be approved by the election commission.
