The register of major citizens disfranchised may be connected to the local, regional or central particulars and address register, covering the population of the constituency involved in the election, from the date of calling the election to the date of publishing the final results of the election, for the purpose of ascertaining suffrage. Such connection shall be immediately terminated after the terms of legal remedy related to the elections have expired.
