Paragraph 30

The possibility for political parties or blocs to withdraw (Article 21.2.i) their members is, however, completely contrary to the principle of de-politicisation and should be removed. The possibility of dismissal for violation of election legislation (Article 21.2.h) should be more precise, in order to avoid any abuse and to respect the principle of proportionality; the law should also make only one body (higher level commission or Court) responsible for such a sanction.
