Voting During Elections and Referendum.
Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan can vote for only one candidate when participating in elections, except for municipal elections.
When participating in referendum, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan can give only one answer to each question to be discussed by referendum.
