Here, there is no reference to the inaccuracies, which is not logical. It is possible to establish the margin between lists in these elections, even though it is not as simple as for the single member constituencies. However, it is better to have a formulation in both cases which states that when the inaccuracies and other violations are of a magnitude which can affect the election outcome, then the elections are declared invalid. The principle to invalidate parliamentary elections should therefore be the same for first-past-the-post and proportional races.
