Adoption of Decision on the Conduct of Referendum.
A decision on the conduct of a referendum shall be adopted by the Milli Majlis and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan according to Article 95.I.18 and 109.18 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At least 300.000 citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with active suffrage can apply to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan or to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a proposal concerning adoption of a decision on conduct of a referendum
