Vote Counting during Referendum in Constituency Election Commission.
The count of votes in Constituency Election Commissions shall be conducted in accordance with Article 107 of this Code.
The protocol of the Constituency Election Commission shall contain in addition to provisions of Articles 107.2 and 136 of this Code, the number of election precincts where voting results have been invalidated.
