Failure or Invalidation of Elections on Single-Mandate Constituencies.
The Constituency Election Commission shall consider elections on single-mandate constituency failed, if number of votes cast for the registered candidates are equal.
The Constituency Election Commission or the Central Election Commission shall consider the elections on the single-mandate constituency to be invalid, in the following circumstances:
if violations occurred in the election constituency during the conduct of voting or during the determination of the voting results, that make it impossible to determine the voters’ will
if the number of election precincts where voting results are considered invalid during the elections on a single-mandate constituency exceeds two fifths of all precincts of the same election constituency;
