Term of Office Municipalities.
211.1 The term of office of municipalities shall be5 years.
211.2 The term of office of municipalities shall commence from the voting day, and end on the day of first meeting of newly elected municipalities.
211.3 The powers of members of municipality shall be in force only during the term of office of municipality.
