Elections of the Parliament deputies shall take place 3 months the most since the Parliament’s mandate expiration.
The date of the parliamentary elections shall be fixed by a Parliament decision, issued at least 60 days before the elections' day.
In case of Parliament’s dissolution, the date of the new Parliament elections shall be fixed in the same decree of the President of the Republic of Moldova. Anticipated elections shall take place within 45 days the most after the coming into force of the decree.
