Fixing the date of elections
The date of the local nation-wide or anticipated elections shall be fixed by a Parliament decision, issued at least 60 days before the elections' day.
Central Elections Commission under the conditions provided by this Code shall fix new and partial elections and the date of the repeated ballot.
