Adoption of decision by local referendum, its repealing or amendment
The decision shall be considered as adopted if the majority of the citizens who attended the referendum voted it. The date of the decision's adoption shall be considered the date of the local referendum.
The decision adopted by local referendum shall be repealed or amended, also, by local referendum or by the decision of the respective local council, adopted with the votes of 2/3 of the total number of councillors, according to the Law on local public administration.
