Although a new sentence in Article 128 which clarifies that “The modification of electoral lists shall be made under the conditions of chapter 80 which shall be applied accordingly” is a welcome clarification, inclusion of this sentence under Article 128, which otherwise speaks about voters’ lists seems out of place. It is recommended to move this sentence to a more relevant place in the code or under a new article.
