Additionally, Article 61(2) seems to indicate that a commission should not publish the preliminary results if an appeal related to the conduct of voting was filed with a court. However, the need for transparency is just as high, and possibly higher, in such cases. Furthermore, the outcomes of any possible court case can find reflection in the final results.
