Appeal from the Electoral Registration Office’s decisions
There shall be a right of appeal to the competent Administrative Judge against decisions of the Electoral Register Office within five days from notification thereof.
The judge’s decision shall be pronounced within five days and notified to the appellant, to the city council or consulate concerned and to the Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Register Office. This decision shall be final at the judicial stage.
