No spaces of electoral publicity may be bought in publicly-owned mass-communication media.
Parties, federations, coalitions and groupings of electors taking part in the election shall be entitled during the electoral campaign to free propaganda spaces in publicly-owned television and radio broadcasting stations as provided in the following sections.
