Appointment of general manager

1. Any citizen of voting age in full use of his civil and political rights, may be appointed general election manageral. Provided that persons referred to in subs. 2 of Sect. 6 of this Act may not be appointed to this function.

2. Candidates’ representatives and parties’, federations’ and coalitions’ general representatives cannot be general managers at the same time.

3. Candidates cannot be election managers.
