The seats in the county council assembly comprise permanent constituency seats and adjustment seats.
Nine-tenths of the seats are permanent constituency seats. If this number is not a whole number when the number of permanent constituency seats is calculated, it shall be rounded off to the nearest lower whole number. The remaining seats are adjustment seats.
