If a particular decision may not be appealed against or if it may be appealed against according to special rules, a circumstance as referred to in the decision may not be referred to in connection with a consideration according to Section 13 or 14.

1. This Act enters into force on 1 January 2006, at which time the Election Act (1997:157) shall cease to apply.

2. Party denominations that have been registered in accordance with the repealed Act shall be deemed to be registered in accordance with the new Act.

3. Decisions on division into constituencies and electoral districts that have been made according to the repealed Act shall be deemed to have been made according to the new Act.
