(Report on Resignation of Candidates)
A candidate shall, in case where he/she intends to resign, come in person to the competent constituency election commission and report such resignation in
writing, but in case where a party-recommended candidate intends to resign, he/she shall submit his/her resignation letter along with a letter of approval
on resignation from the political party which recommended him.
