(Special Cases on Dispatching, Returning, etc. of Ballot Papers in Abode Polling and Advance Polling)

In any of the following cases, only one envelop for returning or dispatching may be used for each elector for simultaneous elections:

1. Dispatching of ballot papers to an abode voter or returning ballot papers by an abode voter;

2. Returning ballot papers cast by an elector at an advance polling station.
