E. Presidental candidacy rights
The limitation on the candidacy of a person over 70 years of age raises a question of compatibility with international standards and OSCE commitments for non-discrimination, particularly Paragraph 7.5 of the 1990 OSCE Copenhagen Document. The OSCE/ODIHR and the Venice Commission recommend that this age limitation be removed from the draft law.
