O. Mobile voting

Article 58(4) requires at least two members of the PEC, who are chosen by lot, to administer mobile voting. The Venice Commission and OSCE/ODIHR previously recommended the law specifically provide that the PEC members who administer mobile voting should be representative of the various entities eligible to nominate commission members and not representatives of the same nominating entity. This recommendation remains unaddressed. [1]
