A. Introduction of a motion of no confidence against the President of the Province or one or more assessorsby citizens’ bill (Article 44)

Article 44 does not attribute to the population the capacity to automatically terminate the mandate of the President or the members of the executive. It introduces a form of indirect recall in the hands of the legislative (which will be dissolved in case it recalls the President).
