Article 33(4) also provides that the mobile voting is administered by precinct election commission members, but does not state how many members of the commission attend the mobile voting. Article 33(4) should be amended to state the number of members of the precinct election commission who administer mobile voting. In addition, the precinct election commission members who administer mobile voting should be representative of the various entities eligible to nominate commission members.
