T. Determination of election results

Article 37(4) provides a text on the procedure for the territorial election commission to declare the results of voting at a polling station to be invalid. However, Article 37 regulates the determination of results by the Central Election Commission. It may be more appropriate for the text of Article 37(4) to be placed in Article 36.
