Electoral systems for local elections

The draft local elections law contains many provisions for candidate eligibility, registration, campaigning, media, voting, and complaints and appeals that are similar to those stated in the draft national elections law for the same election processes. Recommendations made concerning the draft national elections law are also applicable to the draft local elections law, where there is a similar legal text.
