6. Referendum campaign.

a) Funding of referendum campaign.

According to Article 59 and 62 of the Law, referendum campaigning can be funded from the State budget of Ukraine, referendum funds established by initiative groups either for or against a referendum proposal, and from the bank accounts of political parties and NGOs.
