B. Territorial organisation of elections

The election law requires in its Article 18 the setting up of one nationwide electoral district which includes the entire territory of Ukraine and any electoral precincts established abroad, and 225 single-mandate electoral districts established by the CEC. The deviation in the number of registered voters in the single-mandate districts cannot exceed 10 per cent from the average number of voters in a single-mandate district.
