However, the draft law does not regulate the issue of the deadline for establishing the electoral districts. It stipulates that a separate law, which will be adopted no later than three months after the adoption of the law on elections will regulate this issue. This might be problematic since there is a risk that the boundary delimitation is protracted and different political forces will not have enough time to prepare for the 2012 parliamentary elections.
