F. Nomination and registration of candidates

Article 60 lists the reasons for the CEC and DECs to refuse registration of candidates. The decision on refusal must contain a complete list of the grounds for refusal and must be delivered to the party representative or other person who submitted the documents. This should remove any uncertainty as to the reasons for the refusal of registration and if implemented fairly provide the courts with a uniform standard for review of any refusal.
