G. Media and Information Support of Elections
Article 13 states that all reporting on the elections by mass media, both private and public, must be done in an unbiased manner. It also guarantees unrestricted access for the mass media to all public events relating to the elections, meetings of election commissions and premises of election precincts on election day.
