K. Complaints and appeals
Decisions of election commissions on complaints must be just, lawful and substantiated according to Article 112. Section 10 of this article requires that a copy of the decision be handed over or sent to the complainant, the respondent, any other interested persons and the election commission concerned no later than the day after the decision is adopted. In order to further enhance transparency and the trust of the public in the complaint procedures, consideration should be given to requiring that all decisions of the CEC and DECs be published on the website of the CEC.
