III. Comments on the Text on the Draft Electoral Law
J. Voting, counting and establishment rules
The parliamentary electoral law provides detailed provisions for delivery of election materials to polling stations, voting, counting, and the establishment of results. Sufficient security measures are in place to assure the integrity of the ballots before election day. Transparency is guaranteed throughout the process of delivery and transfer of the ballot papers through the creation of a clear chain of custody with the use of ballot acceptance and delivery documents. All these documents must be made public.
