K. Complaints and appeals

Article 108.9 of the draft electoral law does expand the list of persons and organizations that “may be challenged in court according to the procedure specified by the Code of Administrative Proceedings in Ukraine.” However, expanding the list of potential defendants that “may be challenged in court” does not reduce the current complexity existing in the complaint and appeals system.
